Jincheng Du Bio

Jincheng Du is a Professor and Associate Department Chair at Departmentof Materials Science and Engineering of University of North Texas. He received his Ph.D. in Ceramics from Alfred University and postdoctoral training at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory and University of Virginia.

 

Du has extensive experiences on atomistic simulations of glasses and amorphous materials and has published over 110 peer reviewed papers, two book chapters, and co-authored a book titled “Molecular Dynamics Simulations of Disordered Materials: from Network Glasses to Phase Changing Alloys” as Springer Series in Materials Science. He is the Technical Committee Chair of the TC27 Atomistic simulations of glasses of International Commission on Glass (ICG).
