Pam Thomas is Pro-Vice-Chancellor (People and Public Engagement) at the University of Warwick, UK.  She takes lead academic responsibility for the following areas:

• Wellbeing
• Developing and implementing the University’s gender strategy
• The University’s equality and diversity strategy, including Dignity at Warwick and Athena Swan
• Pulse 2015 and resulting action plans
• The University’s public engagement strategy, including ongoing contribution to the 50th Anniversary celebrations, Cheltenham Festivals, the Festival of the Imagination and the Warwick Christmas lectures

Pam serves as Science and Engineering lead on the project to examine the campus opportunity in California and continues her work on innovation and inclusion in Science, Technology, Engineering and Medicine (STEM).

Pam is a member of Senate, Assembly, Steering Committee, SMT, Academic Resourcing Committee, the Vice-Chancellor’s Advisory Group, the Arts Centre Board, the Science Park Boards and the CCSG Advisory Group. She also chairs the Equality and Diversity Committee.
