To kick off this year’s Materials Science & Technology 2015 meeting, the Keramos National Board of Directors invites all MS&T15 conference attendees to the first annual Keramos Reception to be held on Sunday, October 4, 2015, from 5pm to 7pm at the Hilton Columbus Downtown in the George Bellows C room.

The purpose of this reception is to promote awareness of the ceramic engineering discipline and professional development within this discipline through industry/university networking and recognition of major milestones within Keramos. This year, Keramos will celebrate its 100th anniversary of the alpha chapter at the University of Illinois. In addition, Keramos will be inducting its 10,000th member in 2015. Both of these milestones are a testament of tireless efforts made by many hundreds of students, officers, and board members over the years. In addition, the Keramos student chapters want to take this unique opportunity to have posters around the reception room to promote awareness of what each chapter has accomplished this year. This activity will provide an opportunity to connect with fellow alumni and friends from industry and academia.  Mark your calendars and celebrate with us!
