ACerS Corporate Partners and Manufacturing Division Members are invited to participate in a free webinar where we will discuss the five key numbers of a small to mid-size business, which include Lead Generation, Conversion Rate, Revenue/Customer, Gross Margin, and Fixed Costs.  The Profit Equation will show you how small improvements in the five key numbers can make a big difference in your bottom line.  We will discuss various strategies that impact each of the five key numbers.  You will leave the seminar excited to get back to your business and look at your Five Key Numbers and the profit potential within.

 

These valuable webinar will be presented by ACerS member Daniel J. Gisser, MBA, PhD of AdviCoach.  Mr. Gisser has more than 20 years of experience in marketing, strategic planning, corporate sustainability, organizational development, and guiding innovation, technology management and entrepreneurship.  

 

Instructor Biography  

As an expert business coach with AdviCoach, Daniel J. Gisser coaches and advises entrepreneurs from small to large companies.  In preparation for this event, several ACerS members have shared stories of challenges and successes in their businesses.  Dan will bring these stories to the webinar, to make sure the content is most relevant to you.    Gisser’s academic background crosses typical boundaries: he has an MBA (marketing, strategy, and entrepreneurship) from the University of Rochester, PhD (polymer chemistry) from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and BA (chemistry) from Dartmouth College.
