PACRIM 14/GOMD 2021 Virtual Information for Chairs

ACerS announces the PACRIM/GOMD meeting will be run virtually.

Moderators

Moderators should be appointed to all sessions.  For sessions that have no chair, we will request a session organizer to provide a recorded video introducing all the speakers.  This introductory video is due December 1.

Virtual Speakers

Virtual speakers may present their talk live if they wish, or they can record their talk in our virtual conference platform, Bravura or through their own Zoom. The platform will be available to you for recording starting in mid-November through December 6, 2021.

Each session will be recorded and posted under its full session in Bravura for registered attendees to view within 24 hours of the session’s completion.

Questions and comments for the speakers can be sent through the chat function or Q&A function of the Bravura site.  Attendees can also message directly through the Bravura virtual conference platform.

ACerS does require its speakers to register for meetings to participate. Virtual speaker have access to 100% of the conference content and can register for the meeting at the virtual rate.

You can connect with other attendees via the chat function during your session, or by utilizing the messaging feature within Bravura.  Questions for a speaker should utilize the Q&A function.
