EMA in-person speakers:  Fifteen to twenty minutes prior to the start of your session, please copy your PPT presentation file onto the desktop of the laptop in your session room.  Files are deleted by the AV team each day.

EMA poster presenters: The Poster Session will occur at 5:30 p.m. ET on Wednesday, Jan 19 at the venue hotel.

Poster hanging hours: 12:30 – 5:00 p.m. ET before the poster session begins.

Maximum Poster Size: 4 ft. x 4 ft. (1.22 m x 1.22 m).
