William Walker

William Walker

Bill Walker is manager of materials engineering for the Ignition Products Group at Tenneco Powertrain in Plymouth, Michigan. He has led the ceramic development team for Ignition Products Group since 2003 and is responsible for new ceramic technologies for spark plugs.

Walker holds Ph.D., MS, and BS degrees in ceramics from the New York State College of Ceramics at Alfred University. He is chair of the Michigan/Northwest Ohio Section of the American Ceramic Society.
