Miller, Jr., EVP and CTO at Corning, Inc.; Teruo Kishi, President of National Institute for Materials Science (Japan); and Larry L. Hench, Graduate Research Professor, University of Florida. The International Commission on Glass (ICG) will also host their 2009 Annual Meeting, and The American Ceramic Society’s Glass and Optical Materials Division (GOMD) will host their Spring Meeting, presenting the GOMD Award Lectures. ICG will also sponsor a tutorial entitled “Clear As Glass.” The
tutorial addresses Master level or first year PhD students with a focus
on glass science and technology.
