Melissa R. August is the Human Resources Manager of the North American Research and Development Center for Saint-Gobain. In her role, she is responsible for creating an environment focused on employee growth and development while actively partnering with the business to ensure success in meeting and exceeding annual goals and objectives.
Melissa holds an MBA from Plymouth State University, a BA from Syracuse University, and multiple Human Resources certifications. She started her career in Human Resources almost fourteen years ago and has held various positions in both non-profit organizations and publicly traded companies.
