Young Professionals: Fast-track to the top of the ceramic and glass ladder

ACerS understands that climbing to the top of the corporate ladder can be challenging for a recent graduate who is new to the working world, and the ACerS Future Leaders Program (FLP), April 24-26, 2016, in Cleveland, Ohio, USA, gives tools to start climbing.

The ACerS FLP is for young professionals that provides leadership training for an elite group. The program is only available during the 5th Ceramic Leadership Summit (CLS), enabling young and talented ceramic and glass scientists to interact with expert speakers and many high-level participants.

Why should I attend?
  • Professional development
  • Leadership skills
  • Networking with key business and manufacturing executives and management

View the Future Leaders Program schedule.

During this exclusive program, there will be ample networking opportunities to establish lasting business relationships with industry leaders, to become a leader, and to explore the critical issues that challenge young professionals and the ceramic and glass community.
