The Board of Directors has recommended several amendments to the Constitution of The American Ceramic Society. The amendments will be
voted on at the Society’s Annual Meeting coinciding with
MS&T’09. The Membership Meeting takes place Monday, Oct. 26, 2009,
1:00 p.m. — 2:00 p.m., in Room 405 of the David L. Lawrence Convention
Center.
All ACerS members are eligible to vote and are encouraged to attend the

If approved at the meeting, a ballot and detailed explanation of the
amendments will then be sent to each member who is qualified to vote,
seeking final approval.
