If you are attending ICACC’10, don’t miss this design contest organized by ACerS President’s Council of Student Advisors! The contest will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 26, 5:30 – 7:30 p.m., on the exhibit show floor in The Ocean Center. Teams or individuals will be given one shot glass plus drinking straws to protect it. Participants have 45 minutes to build their protective devices. Then, the glasses will be dropped from varying heights until the breaking threshold is reached. The glass with the highest successful drop distance wins!
