Attentive readers will have noticed that I am a fan of the Scholarly Kitchen’s Friday blogger, Kent Anderson. Today he posted two interesting videos showing wind patterns that look like dynamic performance art pieces. One of them, posted here, is a representation of surface wind data from the National Digital Forecast Database from March 28 of this year.
What they did not know is that I can explain the wind pattern in the Midwest on that day.
It was my birthday.
