Paul Ormond

Paul H. Ormond is a Senior Account Manager at AluChem, Inc (Cincinnati, OH).  Ormond graduated from Alfred University in 1974 with a BS in Ceramic Engineering.  He is past chairman of the RCD Division, past Program Chair for the St. Louis Refractories Symposium, and was principal in organizing the RCD Materials Camp for RCD.  Currently, he serves on the Program Committee for the new Manufacturing Division. In 2016, he was awarded ACerS Global Ambassador.  Twenty-nine of his forty-three years in the refractories industry has been with AluChem where he is currently working on Reactive Alumina product and market development.
