In addition to a great set of presentations and opportunities to network, there will be a student poster session, student mixer, and a design competition available for students. Keep checking the MCARE 2012 web page for specific details as they become available.  MCARE 2012 is Feb. 26-29, 2012, in Clearwater, FL.

  1. Student Poster Competition: The poster session is designed to allow students to display their research in materials relevant to alternative and renewable energy applications. During the conference, the posters will be judged, and the winners will be presented with an award.
  2. Student Networking Mixer: Attend the MCARE 2012 student mixer to build relationships and have fun. 
  3. Student Design Competition: For the first time, MCARE 2012 will also hold a student design competition which will be judged by a panel of experts in the field, further increasing visibility and networking opportunities for students.
