On Dec. 16, 2025, The ACerS International Germany Chapter hosted Yogendra Kumar Mishra, who is currently a professor at Mads Clausen Institute at SDU, Denmark. His talk on “Tetrapods-based Advanced Materials for Advanced Technologies” was held as part of our ACerS-Cologne Materials Lecture Series and showed the importance of three-dimensional (3D) smart nanomaterial, followed by a student-led talk in a relaxed atmosphere, where students and the professor moved beyond slides and equations to talk about everyday academic topics.
