Young researchers in the field of ceramics participated in the 3rd Young Researchers Conference organized by the Institute of Ceramic Technology (ITC), the Spanish Society of Glass and Ceramics (SECV), and the Universitat Jaume I of Castellón, with sponsorship from the ACerS International Spain Chapter.

The conference aimed to provide a space for communication and knowledge exchange, enabling young researchers in the early stages of their careers to present and defend their latest scientific work in a specialized setting. This edition featured 17 presentations from researchers across Spain. According to the organizing committee, “the conference provided an excellent opportunity to foster young talent and scientific innovation in the field of materials science and ceramic technology.”

The works addressed topics such as the processing and characterization of ceramic and glass materials of technological and industrial interest, energy and sustainability, additive manufacturing, functional materials, and biomaterials.
