Cross-linked monolayers improve long-term stability of perovskite–silicon tandem solar cells
The perovskite layer is not the only culprit for a tandem cell’s low durability. Researchers at the National University of Singapore showed how degradation of the hole-selective contact layer affects stability, and they developed a cross-linked version of the layer to improve cell lifespan and performance.
