Honeywell solvent carbon capture tech to be tested at world’s largest test facility

An advanced solvent for post-combustion carbon capture developed through a partnership involving The University of Texas at Austin and Honeywell is set for engineering-scale testing at the Technology Centre Mongstad, the world’s largest carbon capture test facility located in western Norway.

Air Liquide will invest around $150 million to expand its production capacity and pipeline network in Tennessee, in the context of a new long-term contract with LG Chem. Supplying oxygen to LG Chem’s future cathode active material plant, the Air Liquide will be supporting the growth of the battery ecosystem in the United States.

KCC launches $258M Indonesian glass facility

KCC inaugurated a $258 million flat glass manufacturing facility in Batang Integrated Industrial Zone, Central Java, Indonesia. The KCC Glass Indonesia facility will have a capacity to produce 1,200 tons of sheet glass a day. This facility marks the first time a Korean glass manufacturer has established a production base overseas.
