Although this looks like someone is unleashing the power of a hose full of glow stick fluid, this is actually water. For about $300, the people who made this video say you can have a system the uses water’s surface tension to maintain a “rod” of water. Add an LED and a fiber optic strand . . . and wait for darkness to fall.
