The Lawrence Berkeley National Lab this summer hosted a brilliant lecture series enthusiastically called “Carbon Smackdown,” which, as illustrated by the cool poster, is based on the idea of Berkeley Lab fighting to defeat CO. The Smackdown series offers a chance for LBL researchers to highlight their work and address emerging information (and misinformation).

In light of our earlier post on Soladigm’s electrochromic windows, I thought I’d offer this week LBL’s Smackdown on Smart Windows, featuring investigators Delia Milliron of LBL’s Materials Sciences Division and Stephen Selkowitz of the lab’s Environmental Energy Technologies Division, who talk about their work energy-saving smart windows and the science behind them.
