Apply for a travel grant to attend a hypersonic-related course!

The travel grant application for the Testing of Materials in Extreme Environments course is now open! The course will take place in San Diego, Calif., on May 31, 2026, ahead of the 12th International Conference on High Temperature Ceramic Matrix Composites (HTCMC-12) and 3rd Global Forum on Advanced Materials and Technologies for Sustainable Development (GFMAT-3).

This travel grant includes:

  1. Course registration waiver ($299)
  2. Two nights at the HTCMC conference hotel ($270/night; May 30 & 31)

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until Thursday, April 30, 2026. Funding is limited, so submit your travel grant to attend the Testing of Materials in Extreme Environments now!
