If you reside outside the U.S. and wish to attend this meeting, please reference the U.S. Department of State website to determine if a visa is required for your trip to the conference location.

During the Covid pandemic, the process of obtaining a visa to enter the United States may take extra time beyond the typical several months.  First, ensure your passport has 6 months of validity beyond your travel dates and adequate blank pages available for each border crossing you must make for the trip.

Airport: Orlando International Airport (MCO) is the major airport serving the Orlando area located approximately 12 miles from the DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando. Driving directions can be found on DoubleTree’s website.

Taxicabs: Approximately $45. Located at the A and B terminals on the Ground Transportation Level 1

Shuttle Service: Approximately $21one-way

Parking at the DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando: Self-parking is $18.00, plus tax per day and overnight. In and out privileges apply to only those guests staying in the hotel.

Shuttle Service from Orlando International Airport: Mears Transportation offers door to door shuttle service from the Orlando International Airport to the DoubleTree Orlando at Sea World.  Reservation required to guarantee seating.
