If you are a student (undergrad, graduate, or high school) who is giving a presentation at The 44th International Conference and Expo on Advanced Ceramics and Composites (ICACC’20) you are eligible to apply for a Travel Grant valued up to $400.

ICACC’20 is organized by the Engineering Ceramics Division of The American Ceramic Society. Travel Grants will support the registration and/or travel of students to ICACC’20 meeting held at the Hilton Daytona Beach Resort/Ocean Walk Village in Daytona Beach, Florida, January 26 – 31, 2020. The aim of the Travel Grant is to develop and foster cooperation among students and young professionals from all over the world.

Eligibility: Any student (undergrad, graduate, or high school) who is giving an oral or poster presentation at ICACC’20 is eligible to apply for an ICACC’20 Travel Grant. The application deadline was November 30.

Travel Grant recipients will be notified by December 31, 2019.

Note: Each recipient will be required to acknowledge their Travel Grant sponsor during their oral or poster presentation. Recipients must also write a conference trip summary (up to one page in length) highlighting the impact of their attendance at ICACC’20 on their technical experience, professional and mentoring benefits, and potential impact on their studies and future careers. This input will be used to design and modify the Travel Grant support program in future years.
