Canada Border Services Agency

Download the official letter of recognition of the PACRIM/GOMD event from the Canada Border Services Agency to make your passage into Canada an easier process.  All attendees should carry a copy of this letter during travel to the conference.

Visa information

If you are a non Canadian resident planning to attend this meeting, please note that the process of obtaining a visa to enter Canada may take several months.  Please refer to the Canadian government website for official guidelines to obtain entry to Canada.

Beginning March 15, 2016, visa-exempt foreign nationals who fly to or transit through Canada will need an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA). Exceptions include U.S. citizens and foreign nationals with a valid visa. Canadian citizens, including dual citizens, are not eligible to apply for an eTA and are strongly encouraged to travel with a valid Canadian passport.  For all travelers acceptable travel documents, and identification must be presented at the border.
