Virtual Presentation information for EMA chairs

EMA 2022 Virtual Conference Details

The ACerS Executive Committee along with the meeting organizers from the ACerS Electronics and Basic Science Divisions have decided to pivot the Electronic Materials and Applications Conference (EMA) to a fully virtual conference. The conference dates will remain the same, January 19-21, 2022, and will run through our Bravura virtual platform in Eastern Standard Time (GMT -5).

Moderators

Moderators should be appointed to each session to introduce the speakers and conduct Q&A.

Virtual Speakers

Virtual speakers may choose live presentation or to record their talk in our virtual conference platform, Bravura (linked below) or through their own Zoom.

The platform will is available through January 14, 2022* at the link below. You will receive specific instructions from our ACerS Meetings Team on how to record your talk or upload your poster pdf.

*Speakers must register for the conference and provide their recorded talk or poster by end of day January 14 or their presentation will be deleted from the program/speaker portal.
