Hotel Information
Once again in 2025, PACRIM and GOMD are hosted by ACerS as co-located meetings. If you are participating in the PACRIM meeting, you will present at the Hyatt Regency Vancouver hotel. If you are participating in the GOMD meeting, you will present at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver. You can pick up your conference badge at either hotel. Coffee breaks will be served at both hotels in the meeting space, but conference-wide events will predominantly be held at the Hyatt Regency Vancouver. Your conference badge will allow you access to both PACRIM and GOMD talks and special events. The walk from the Hyatt Regency meeting space to the Fairmont meeting space is about five minutes. We have a room block at both hotels, but want to share this information to presenters and attendees now so you can choose the hotel block that works best for your situation.
ACerS will refund the full registration amount if a Visa is not secured.

All reservation requests will require a one night’s deposit.
Please advise to the group to make changes/cancellations a day in prior to avoid penalties.
Please note, as indicated on the contract, check-in time is at 4 PM PST, so cancellations must be made by 4 PM PST the day before the scheduled arrival date. For example, if the arrival date is May 2, 2025, the cancellation must be completed by May 1, 2025, at 4 PM PST.
Visa Information
Per the Canadian Government, it is required that a participant must be registered for the meeting and have a hotel reservation before a visa letter of invitation can be issued. Once this is complete, please contact the ACerS Customer Service Department. The ACerS Customer Service Department will need the following information:
- Full name on passport
- Name and address of hotel
- Dates of the reservation
- Date and country of birth
- Passport number, issue and expiration dates
- Address of residence
ACerS will refund the full registration amount if a visa is not secured. The hotel policies for Hyatt Regency and Fairmont state that 48 hours notice is required for a full refund.
