The Spring Meeting Student Registration Waiver Program will support the attendance of students to the ACerS Spring Meeting, on April 12 – 17, 2026. The aim of the Registration Waiver Program is to develop and foster cooperation among students from all over the world.
Awardees may receive registration support in an amount up to the full amount of the registration fee.
Eligibility: Any student (high school, undergrad, graduate or post doctorate) who is giving an oral or poster presentation at the ACerS Spring Meeting is eligible to apply.
Deadline: The deadline to apply is February 13, 2026.
Registration Support recipients will be notified by February 27, 2026.
