Customer Service and Membership Projects Manager

Cathy O’Toole is the customer service and membership projects manager for The American Ceramic Society, where she provides assistance by phone and email to members and non-members of the society. She also coordinates and implements various projects across the Membership, Marketing and Meetings Departments. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in zoology.
