The 58th Annual Symposium on Refractories on the theme “Refractory Sustainability” was held on March 29-30, 2023.
David Lipke, interim chair of the St. Louis Section, presided over the section meeting. At this meeting, David presented bylaws that discussed changing the section name to the “Greater Missouri Section” and changing the boundaries to encompass the entire state of Missouri.
