The ACerS International Japan Chapter and the International Committee of the Ceramic Society of Japan completed the International Session at the Annual Meeting 2025 of the Ceramic Society of Japan in Shizuoka, Japan on March 5, 2025.
Opening remarks were given by Chair-elect of the Japan Chapter, Dr. Yoshihiko Imanaka.
Prof. Cordova-Udaeta Mauricio from Waseda University, Japan, Prof. Zhuravleva Mariya from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, USA, Dr. Veber Philippe and Dr. Buse Gabriel from the West University of Timisoara, Romania, presented invited talks.
Three 2024 Richard M. Fulrath Award winners, Prof. Fujii Ichiro from the University of Yamanashi, Japan, Dr. Izawa Kazuyoshi from Kyocera Corp., Japan, and Dr. Funahashi Shuichi from Murata Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Japan, also presented invited talks.
