Members of the Northern California Section attended a teacher training workshop on “The Magic of Ceramics” on June 23, 2026, at the University of California, Berkeley’s Hearst Memorial Mining Building. Attendees were able to engage with the Ceramic and Glass Industry Foundation team over lunch and learn how to bring a deeper understanding of materials science and engineering into the classroom.
