Members of the Northern California Section supported the Ceramic and Glass Industry Foundation’s “Magic of Materials Science” Teacher Training Workshop on June 23, 2026, at the University of California, Berkeley’s Hearst Memorial Mining Building. They joined the workshop attendees for lunch, serving as professionals from the field to give the teachers more information on the types of careers that exist.
