You’ve heard the engineering maxim: “Stronger, faster, cheaper—pick two.”
ACerS rolled out its new website yesterday, and it handily meets those first two items, and then some! We simplified the top navigation, making it easy to find membership, meeting, and training information, as well as to give easy access to the journals and the ACerS Bulletin. The Ceramic Tech Today blog posts are placed prominently in the center of the homepage, making it easy to keep up with the latest news and developments in our field.
The new website is visually rich, and, as I mentioned in a previous post, the “under-the-hood” mechanics are easier for us to use, so we can bring you more great content quickly.
Our smartphone and tablet visitors will appreciate the “responsive design” feature, which automatically renders the website for your smartphone or tablet. So nothing holds you back from getting the news and information you need, no matter where you are!

As for the “cheaper,” I’ll just say we are very good at what we do!
