Chuancheng Duan is a Ph.D candidate in Colorado School of Mines (CSM). He received his BS degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Dalian University of Technology in 2009.

He is currently working as a research assistant for Dr. Ryan O’Hayre in CSM. He has published 2 high-impact papers as first author (more than 100 citations), given numerous presentations, and is a co-inventor of one patent. Furthermore, he was awarded with multiple fellowships and prizes during his academic studies. His research interests focus on protonic ceramic fuel cells (PCFCs) and reversible electrochemical cells.
