Keke Chang, professor at Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology and Engineering (NIMTE), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), in Ningbo City, China. He obtained his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees at Central South University, China in 2008 and 2010, respectively; and Doctorate Degree from RWTH Aachen University, Germany, in 2013. Later on, he stayed at RWTH Aachen University, where he served as a research associate and then a group leader. He was Early Career Investigator at German Research Foundation (DFG) Nachwuchsakademie. In 2017, he was appointed as a professor at NIMTE as a “team talent”. He was also awarded the title of talent program from CAS and Zhejiang province, China. Currently, Keke Chang is the leader of the innovation research team of “3315 plan” of Ningbo City. He has long been committed to the research on phase diagram and material design of coatings for serving at harsh environment. He has published more than 60 papers in Acta Materialia, Journal of the American Ceramic Society, Nano Letters, etc.
