Roman Palvanov

Roman Palvanov is a junior at the University of Wisconsin – Madison. At UW, he studies Materials Science & Engineering and anticipates earning a Bachelor’s degree in 2018. He has been named a Kemper Knapp Scholar, Wisconsin Academic Excellence Scholar, and has been placed on the Dean’s Honor List.

Currently, he is a member of his school’s chapter of Material Advantage. During the 2016-2017 academic year, he will study abroad at Kyushu University in Japan with plans to do research on semiconductors and electronic thin film devices.
