Tomoaki Yamada

Tomoaki Yamada is associate professor of Energy Engineering at the Nagoya University, Japan, and a visiting associate professor of the Materials Research Center for Element Strategy at the Tokyo Institute of Technology, Japan. His research group specializes in functional dielectric, piezoelectric and ferroelectric thin films and nanostructures, especially with a focus on their bottom-up growth design and property control. He is a member of ACerS Electronics Division.
