William Lepry

Dr. William Lepry is a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Mining and Materials Engineering at McGill University researching sol-gel derived bioactive glasses.  He has a Ceramic Engineering degree from Alfred University and later worked as a Post-Bachelors Research Associate at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory.  His PhD thesis at McGill represented the seminal work on bioactive sol-gel borate glasses which has led to multiple academic, innovation, and start-up awards as well as two patents. Will is also on the Bioglasses Technical Committee of the International Commission on Glass.
