ACerS PCSA announces the Humanitarian Pitch Competition 2020 winners. The Humanitarian Pitch Competition gives students the chance to solve real world issues with materials science.

The PCSA hosted the competition at MS&T20 virtual, allowing teams to pitch their ideas to a panel of judges about how they could address a challenge that a community is experiencing. By utilizing their material engineering background, the teams aimed to show how improved materials/processes would benefit a community in need.
