Sefpro to acquire Glass Service

Sefpro, a business unit of Saint-Gobain Ceramics, entered into an agreement to acquire Glass Service. The acquisition includes Glass Service’s sister companies, electric melting systems supplier F.I.C and FlammaTec burner systems supplier.
