Industry Panel for Students and Young Professionals

organized by the ACERS PRESIDENT'S COUNCIL OF STUDENT ADVISORS (PCSA)

An industry panel event will be held on Wednesday, January 18 from 12:30 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Hear from a varied range of industry professionals covering different career stages about their career path and experiences. The event will start with a Q&A session with the second part enabling networking with the industry panelists.

Lunch will be provided. Space is limited and pre-registration is required. The deadline to register has been extended to January 12, 2023, or until all spots are filled.

Panel Moderator

Matthew Julian will act as the panel moderator for this event. He is a President's Council of Student Advisors (PCSA) delegate and member of the PCSA's Education Committee. Matthew is a Doctoral student and researcher at the University of Rennes.

EMA Student Registration Waiver Program

OFFERED by the ACERS BASIC SCIENCE AND ELECTRONICS DIVISIONS

The EMA 2023 Student Registration Waiver Program will support the attendance of students presenting an oral or poster presentation at the Electronics Materials and Applications Meeting (EMA), on January 17 - 20, 2023 in Orlando, Florida. Students who apply and are approved will receive a complimentary registration for the meeting. Funding for this program is supported by ACerS Basic Science and Electronics Divisions.

Eligibility: Any student (undergrad or graduate) who is giving an oral or poster presentation at EMA2023 is eligible to apply. 

Deadline: The deadline to apply is December 2, 2022.

The deadline for the 2023 EMA Student Registration Waiver application submission has now passed. Awardees will be notified by December 15, 2022.
