Submit a Detailed statement about the nominee addressing the seven “conference chair nomination considerations” in this box. These considerations include: 1. Membership in The American Ceramic Society (ACerS) 2. Service as a current or past officer in an ACerS Division, Section or Committee 3. Successful organization of a symposia, meeting, and/or other technical event 4. Contributions to the field of advanced ceramics and/or glass materials 5. Demonstration of international collaboration and international contacts needed to lead a successful conference 6. Willingness and availability to participate on the International Planning Committee (see above) 7. Commitment to diversity and inclusion as part of their programming committee selection process and plans to impact diversity and inclusion as part of conference.
