Frenzl is also chairman of the Association of the State Technical School for Technology at Hof, in Saale, Germany. Prior, Frenzl served as head of the mechanical engineering department of NETZSCH-Geraetebau GmbH in Selb, Germany. He is a graduate of the State Technical School for Technology, specializing in general mechanical engineering at Hof, in Saale, Germany.
